Vacuum cooking demystified

This technique serves to maintain ingredient integrity. It also controls the cooking temperature and ensures a longer shelf life. Aliments Baril’s bagged potatoes are specially designed for vacuum cooking. The potatoes are cooked to tender perfection and retain all of their flavour. They also require very little preparation: simply reheat and serve!

The SQF (Safe Quality Food) Program is an internationally-credible food safety management system. Customers can rest assured that suppliers provide food that was produced, processed, prepared and handled to the highest possible standards at all stages of the supply chain and processing steps. These standards cover food safety as well as product quality, which is a unique feature.
